2008 Antolino Brongo Cryomalus Iced Cider for Wedding Reception Cake

Cameron Hughes Wine - 2008 Cryomalus
…this rich, gold color, with hazelnut and apricot flavors is iced cider!  It has 10% alcohol; so it is perfect for a wedding toast or dessert course.  It is delicious on its own or with a wedding cake that is made of cheesecake with white icing.  This wine is more pricey because of the low yield of the juice at pressing.  The apples are pressed frozen and so there isn’t much juice to make up a large quantity of cider-wine.  I recommend this wine for smaller weddings because of its cost -   $30 for 1/2 bottle (375 ml bottle).  This wine is  from Saint-Joseph-du-Lac, in the region of the Basses-Laurentides, Quebec, Canada.  Volume discounts apply if you order some with your other wedding reception wine. It certainly is worth trying a bottle.  It's so delicious.
